OOOPS!

What do you do when you have forgotten not just one but two dear friends anniversaries? The invitation said no gifts (have you noticed the older we get the less “stuff” we want or need…smile). But I really did need to take each couple cards with a personal note inside remembering all the years we have celebrated together. With less than 15 minutes to get two cards done…not a problem…..AG handmade paper to the rescue! So lucky to have scraps of handmade paper left from some other projects!

Supplies:

Scrap of white medium/heavy weight handmade paper
Scrap of dark brown medium/heavy weight handmade paper
Two White/brown Toile pattern cards and envelopes
Dies: Quiet Fire Designs™: #1307 “Together” & #1049 “Believe”
Crafters CompanionTM Gemini Jr™ die cutting and embossing machine
Beacon ZipDryTM adhesive

Instructions:

1. Die cut 2 each of the words “Together” & Believe”.
2. Layer and glue them together.
3. Attach the die cut layered words to the centers of the two cards with ZipDry adhesive.
4. Write a message inside each card and be on your way to the party.

Note: I picked these two word dies because both couples were told 50 years ago that no one "believed" they would stay "together". Smile.
