This paper turned out SO gorgeous! I will be making more to scrap my entire cruise to the Bahamas :o) It's so pretty, I didn't want to cover any of it up. SUPPLIES: AG Paper-making kit  AG Cotton Linter AG Iridescent Flakes Scraps of colored cardstock - shredded 3d stickers - Joelee's Boutique INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Make 2 different color blue batches of pulp. I put linter and iridescent flakes in both batches. 2. With your screen in the pan of water, add about 1/2 cup of each color. Have fun trying different placement of your blobs of pulp. Gently swirl together with a paint brush handle, lift out of the pan of water and proceed according to your kit instructions. 3. Using two 5.5 x 8" pieces of handmade paper, attach them to make an 8 1/2 x 11" background paper. Or, use the larger paper-making kit.  Either way, trim the rough edges to size. 4. SCRAPBOOKING THANKFUL MEMORIES It's the memories we are most thankful for... I've enjoyed scrapbooking for many years. This is a 12x12 scrapbook page of a previous Thanksgiving Dinner. (apologies for the very large candle on the table, made for a bad photo :o) Paper piecing is so fun and it uses up lots of scraps.  Although, when I make a batch of pulp for a specific project, I always have extra to play around with. Many batches offer extra full sheets in addition to casting a few shapes in molds. Make sure you have all the supplies for paper casting to add to pulp to help achieve the best success. Today I have a mini Traveling Memories Scrapbook to show you. Here is a photo of the supplies I used to make it...When making handmade paper, think junk mail. I used the Arnold Grummer Papermaking Kit to make my papers. I love it and love the way no two papers turn out the same.   You will need a cereal box or cardboard of some sort. I cut mine to 8" long by 3" wide. I then scored each side at the 3" mark which made a center piece of 1" for the spine. I then reinforced the spine with another piece of cardboard cut just a smidge smaller than 1" and used my Helmar Tacky Craft Glue to glue it in the center.  I then cut two more pieces 3" by 3 1/2" and glued those to each side to reinforce them. You need a strong glue to glue these in place, that is why I chose Helmars.
