Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with a new project using handmade papers created with the Arnold Grummer Papermaking Kit .  It's so easy to make your own paper.  Use a variety of papers to create amazing one of a kind designs.  Use the Large Envelope Template to create the envelope.  Using the ScorPal you can create the fold lines for the perfect envelope! Using Stampendous Spring Border Cutting Dies , die cut the edges for a nice scalloped effect.  Handmade papers die cut easily in one pass! Using additional handmade papers, die cut assorted panels for the card and envelope. Use the Stampendous Giraffe Stamp and Die set with Versafine Onyx Black ink to stamp the phrases. Create a card from kraft cardstock then adhere the panels. Add the additional panels to the envelope. Thanks for stopping by.

While I'm not a fan of Valentine's Day, I absolutely LOVE everything about this card! Hand made sparkly paper, pretty fonts, teddy bears, paper piecing, flowers and kindness :o) Supplies: AG Medium Pour Handmold AG Abaca Pulp Sheet AG Iridescent Flakes AG White Cotton Rag Pulp Scrap Red Cardstock, shredded white office paper, small piece of light colored hand made scrap paper, 8 1/2" x 11" white cardstock, Sunshine Yellow pigment ink (VersaCraft) Heart Punch (Fiskars), two black mini-brads, 2 standard sized black brads, Ribbon, Markers: Brick, Forest, Spring Green (Fabrico), Water spritzer, green chord fiber, green variegated fibers, alcohol ink applicator, beading pliers, PC/Font, Glue, scissors, piercing tool. Instructions: 1. Create the red sparkly paper as instructed on the Handmold directions using scraps of red cardstock, white office paper, Cotton Rag Pulp and Iridescent Flakes. 2. "Paper Papillon" Sentiments Card set free a little bit of kindness There's nothing more special in springtime than the sight of the first butterfly of the warm season.  The butterfly to me symbolizes hope and rebirth; nature's promise of better and brighter things to come. The sight of a Monarch or a Swallowtail flitting on the air over garden blossoms and fresh greenery lights up my heart immediately.  I always take the time to stop and watch it as it goes along, paying attention to its carefreeness and appreciation of all things flowery. In my heart I find myself silently making a  wish  that it will stay just a bit longer so I can take in its pure beauty for just a bit longer ... but alas, she has things to do, flowers to tend, nectar to drink and promises to bring to others besides myself.  On her way she merrily goes ... over the curls of wind and up ... up ... into the sky and beyond my view. Under my breath I whisper "Thank you"...
